From phone camera to a single official file
The most common use of this tool: you photographed papers — an ID, certificates, a multi-page contract — and need to upload them as one PDF to a government portal or job application. Shoot each page straight-on in daylight without flash (flash creates a glare spot over the text), then trim excess margins with the image cropper before converting so the document comes out clean.
Watch the upload limits: many portals require a file under 2 or 5 MB, and modern phone photos can easily exceed that combined. The fix, in the right order: compress the images first with the image compressor, then convert to PDF — the tool embeds images at their existing quality and does not compress them for you.
Page size and orientation: a decision that shows when printing
Choose A4 for official documents — the standard across Arab countries — and pick Letter only when an American recipient explicitly requires it. Portrait suits scanned papers, while landscape fits screenshots and wide tables so they do not shrink into the middle of the page. Each image is placed on its own page at proportional dimensions, never stretched or distorted.
